I’m so relieved this is over. I filed 5.13.26, had my 341 on 6.17.26, & discharged on 8.18.26 was also on my credit report.
I also took out 2 new cc’s total 4k, am really being cautious this time around.
I’m 71 on limited income & my cc debt & irs totaled 50k
My attorney did payments and my case was simple.
Ty for this forum, it really helped me with my decision & my attorney to file.
I feel like a cloud lifted & am now able to enjoy my retirement.
