I'm about to make my first offer on an apartment. I've heard you can just make an informal offer verbally or via email but the real estate sent this form. Is it legally binding if we fill it out or is it also informal?

This is my rough itinerary for 13 days in Tassie, any advice would be great!
Day 1 - Fly into Launceston at 10am. Stay 1 night
Day 2 Tamar valley 1 night
Day 3 Gunns Plains via Sheffield 1 night
Days 4 and 5 Cradle mountain and Walls of Jerusalem 2 nights
Day 6 Waratah 1 night
Day 7 Queenstown via Strahan 1 night
Days 8 and 9 Hobart 3 nights - Drive via Mount Field National Park, next day Bruny Island, next day Port Arthur
Days 10 and 11 Bicheno visiting Coles Bay and Wineglass Bay 2 nights
Day 12 Launceston Fly out in arvo from Launceston
We have a spare night (there for 13 days so please let me know what we should add!). Around Gunns Plains/Waratah we are thinking to visit some of these: Liffy falls, honeycomb caves & Westmorland falls, Leven Canyon, Castra Falls loop.
