Sailed for years. Real good at it. I just took a job in the office.

Has anyone made that change? The usual tricks I use to get people to do their jobs require me to actually be aboard. So my playbook is basically empty now.

The guy I used to fight with will be me. Just looking for some input on how to make that change effectively.
