Hi all,

my partner and I are looking for suggestions and resources for a situation we've found ourselves in. we were contracted for some design work that the client deemed "unusable" and refused to pay the second half of our extremely discounted (due to the prospect of future work) fee. they are now rolling out advertising for their launch and they have reproduced our designs in such a blatant manner that we are gobsmacked. we find ourselves in a bit of a David and Goliath sitch, as they are definitely relying on our lack of resources to avoid legal repercussions, so I'm exploring all avenues to see if I can find someone to help us out.
