Hi everyone, my euphorbia enopla looks like this. Hasn’t been growing for a while. This is now winter where I am but even before that it didn’t look very healthy. What should i do? I tempted to cut some branches to propagate but i am afraid they are still too small and wouldn’t make it. Thank you
