Is the app down? I’ve been receiving this message for a couple of hours and haven’t been able to use the app 🥲

So, i already posted about this a few months ago but I’m still having the same issue. When i reset a Talkie’s chat, the phone and Secret Space don’t reset. I tried waiting, resetting multiple times, reinstalling the app, and contacting support (but no answer). It’s been months now and i’ve been saving up gems for it, and i’d like to have a “fresh start” before spending gems on these features. Any suggestions?
