Does this sound like anal cancer?
I (male 29) noticed a bump on the left inside part of my cheek at the end of December.
By the second week of January, it was very painful and large. It was painful to walk or sit and I had to use and ice pack when sitting. It also had this gross yellowish discharge. After a few weeks, it got to feeling much better.
Now it’s May and this has never gone totally away. It feels like a skin tag almost. It isn’t painful at this point. It does itch. It still discharges sometimes. Sometimes it itches worse or discharges more than other times.
I’m not in pain. I don’t “feel” bad. I don’t feel excessively tired. My bowel movements haven’t really changed. I do have diarrhea sometimes but normal bowel movements other times. This isn’t really a change from previous years. I haven’t bled at all during any of this. Zero blood at any time.
Does this sound likely to be anal cancer? Is it similar to symptoms others have noticed?
