Adjusting suspension

So I have this 2022 m440i. I normally drive it in Comfort mode. I wanted to adjust the suspension to be a tiny bit stiffer because it’s too bouncy going over speed bumps. However it doesn’t seem like you can customise Comfort mode.

If I go into Sport Individual settings, will I be able to create exactly the same driving experience as the Comfort mode but with stiffer suspension or is there some trickery going on in the background that can’t be adjusted by the settings?

Am I overtraining?

39 male 165cm 66.5kg.

Sleeping 8 hours a day. Eating 2200kcal (maintenance) for recomp 140g protein consistently.

Been training seriously for a year and half.
Had difficulty putting on muscle but had some little gains since the start.

3 months ago I increased my volume and intensity (can’t post screenshots here, you can see the full program in another post in my profile) to build more but it had the opposite effect. Comparing the measurements now (measuring each muscle and scales that measure comp) it seems my progress completely stalled since I changed my program.

I gave all this data to AI and it told me I’m doing way too much for a 39yo natty and I shouldn’t be going to failure this much. What do you guys think?

Do pollens damage the paint?

An insane amount of pollens got accumulated on the car recently. I really should wash it but I don’t have time and I’m flying abroad for a holiday soon so it won’t get washed for at least another week.

Another option is to take it to a hand wash but I really don’t want to do that. I’ve recently bought this as a 4 year old used and what shocked me was that there are absolutely no swirl marks on the paint. I don’t want the hand wash place to use bad technic and products and introduce swirls.

On the other hand I’m worried the pollen will damage the paint. Out of these two options which one should I choose?
