Choosing Mandy's outfit on the second date: Does it actually change anything?

Hopefully in Season 2 we get an official second date with Mandy as a proper couple!

It got me thinking about that scene where Mandy asks Robert which style he prefers, giving us the choice between "Mandy" (her natural look) or "Blonde Blazer." I personally picked "Mandy" because I just love her natural appearance.

However, I started wondering if this choice will actually have any significant impact on Robert and Mandy's relationship moving forward. Idk i just feel like even if Robert chooses "Blonde Blazer," she will still be happy because Robert loves her for who she genuinely is and unconditionally. Unlike Phenomaman, who was only in love with the ideal superhero image of Blonde Blazer and completely overlooked the real Mandy, Robert does not view her that way at all.

Plus, how funny would it be if choosing the "Blonde Blazer" means the second date ends up happening right in the billboard where they had their very first Awkward kiss (episode I)? Hahah!

What did you all choose, and do you think it will change the story in Season 2?

My realistic song headcanons for Blazer (Mandy) x Robert

Hey everyone! I’ve been thinking a lot about Mandy and Robert's dynamic lately. Idk i just feeled like this song will be used by both of them.

I put together a few headcanons for songs they’d listen to or sing at karaoke, along with how realistic I think they are for their dynamic. Let me know what you think or you can add also your own headcanon song here!

I. "Safe and Sound" — Capital Cities
In their chaotic world, safety isn't just a mood it's everything. The upbeat trumpet riffs hide a deeply reassuring core message about standing strong together through the noise. Robert carries a lot on his shoulders, and Mandy is a steadfast, grounding presence. Listening to this together while letting the road blur past just fits them seamlessly.

II. "No Other Heart" — Mac DeMarco (Robert singing to Mandy on Karaoke Night)
Robert isn't going to stand up on stage and belt out a dramatic, show stopping ballad without dying of embarrassment. Mac DeMarco’s breezy, slightly melancholic indie vibe gives him the perfect cover to express genuine feelings without feeling overly intense. Picture him clutching the mic with both hands, swaying awkwardly, stumbling over a line, but locking eyes with Mandy right on the chorus.

III. "Make You Mine" — PUBLIC (Mandy singing to Robert on Karaoke Night)
Mandy is bold, decisive, and direct. When she wants something (or someone), she doesn't beat around the bush. She would absolutely own the stage, point directly at Robert’s booth during the chorus, and completely erase any doubt about how she feels. Robert would be sitting there turning bright red, trying to hide behind his drink, but secretly beaming.

What you guys think??

"Radio" by Bershy works as Robert’s perspective on Mandy’s route too! Here’s my breakdown

Hey guys! First time posting on Reddit, so go easy on me (or CMIWW)!

I wanted to share my interpretation of the housewarming party song the famous "Radio" by Bershy. Everyone says it only works for Courtney and Robert, but i don't think so! i think AdHoc Studio choose this song because it represents our choice-based romance for Robert And that’s the beauty of art it can fit different narratives depending on the path you choose.

If you are on the Courtney x Robert route, the lyrics come from Courtney's perspective toward Robert.

BUTTTTT if you choose the Mandy x Robert route (like me, and PROUD!! 👋), "Radio" is about how Robert sees Mandy and how she saved him at his lowest point!.

Let's break down the song from Robert's perspective toward Mandy:

1. Verse 1: Exhaustion & Dislike for Parties

The opening lines ("I wake up exhausted... I hate parties...") paint a perfect picture of Robert's daily life. He is broke, dealing with family tradition debt, burnt out, and naturally quiet. He definitely isn't the type to enjoy crowd filled parties or empty small talk!

2. Pre-Chorus: Meeting the Turning Point

When the lyrics shift to "Then I met you and my eyes changed...", this represents Robert at his absolute lowest, unemployed, broke, and having lost his direction in life. Meeting Mandy shifts his entire world: he gets a job, a mission, a career, and a real purpose to keep moving forward.

3. Chorus: The Comfort of Connection

The core chorus ("When you're around, it's already alright, like a radio...") captures their romantic dynamic. Just having her in his life makes everything feel stable. He doesn't need to hover over her 24/7; simply tuning into her frequency makes things okay. (and it's based on what we saw when robert saw Mandy on phone and he have little smile)

4. Verse 2: Independence & Admiration

The second verse highlights being your own person while looking up to someone ("I'm my own person... you'd be too cool for me"). YESSS! Robert isn't looking for someone to "protect" him. Mandy is the cool girl and Robert sees himself as just a regular guy, but Mandy sees far beyond that. At the same time, Robert sees the real Mandy not just her "blonde blazer" corporate persona and genuinely, unconditionally loves her.

What do you guys think? Any other Mandy x Robert believers out there? Let me know your thoughts!
