i took a job doing a nanny share. i originally said $21/hr per kid. They asked if im open to doing $450/each family each week. So $900 a week from 9-4, 2 babies (8 mos and 10 mos) i have 6 yrs experience owning a home daycare. did i severely undercharge or agree to a rly low amount? In nj
