Whenever I’m anxious at night, I wake up to my labrador lying on top of me

I just want to share how proud I am of my Labrador for being the best girl ever. I sometimes get anxious at night and struggle to breathe from it, and I always wake up with her acting as a weighted blanket. This morning she was resting her head over my neck and lying right next to me when I woke up, and I felt much more well rested after that. Power to all labradors in the universe, they are so kind and well behaved.

Also sorry if this is not a fully fleshed out post I got like 3 hours of sleep despite her help, but I was just too proud I had to share.

I wake up in the middle of dreams sometimes and keep dreaming, is it just me?

One time I woke up in the middle of the night and heard someone walking through my room and then walked into my closet, I didn’t hear them shut any doors only open them, but when I turned around all of them were closed. I also experience many war dreams and once woke up in the middle of one and started preparing for a battle only to realize I was in my room. Sometimes I wake up in fear while sitting up, and on rare occasions I scream in my sleep and wake myself up. Does anyone else experience this?

I was kind of scared I was hallucinating but I think it’s more like I’m dreaming while waking up.
