I recently moved into an apartment that has old vinyl flooring and I cant figure out how to clean it... I've washed the entire floor thoroughly 3 times, yet my feet and socks are still black at the end of the day. If anyone has any idea on how to deep clean these floors without one of those steam mops please lmk!
