So I’m working on a Soyona fanfic soon, which is like very law heavy because basically the beginning chapters take place during her arrest in Malta all the way till her criminal trial and sentencing before the actual story begins. I have only taken 1 law course, but I still have some unanswered questions that I’m hoping I can hear some feedback.

-Would Soyona be extradited back to Dubai after her arrest given her crimes being indictable, and having citizenship in Dubai, or would she serve time in Italy?

-Should Brooklynn and the rest of the Camp Fam be present at her trial to give testimony?

-Would her sentencing be concurrent or consecutive based on the charges laid?

-Should a jury be present during her trial?

- And because The Handler actually lives in this fic and was arrested alongside Soyona, would her trial be at the same time as Soyona’s or would she have her own completely different trial despite their crimes being organized with each other?

- What would the defense lawyers even have to defend Soyona?

Also for the fic, somethings might not be accurate when I decide the actual country she serves time in because I’ve only studied my own country’s criminal justice system and it’s laws, and I think I’m just gonna use its system instead of studying a whole new one.

Like, she just destroyed a crucial piece of evidence….in front of officers too like hello?? That’s a tampering with evidence charge…she actually should be getting charged with a lot of things. No actually, the WHOLE camp fam should be getting several charges, but because this is a show for kids, imma let it slide…but the laser thing just pisses me off.

Like why are yall comparing an actual IRL dictator to a fictional fucking character. Does anyone understand how insensitive that is? Are you guys okay in the head? The Handler’s doings don’t even compare to the atrocities. You know who you are. And I’m surprised the mods haven’t banned you fuckers yet. This is a complete dick move to those who have been affected by the holocaust or those who have family members affected by it. Get a life, and learn a fucking thing or two about empathy. And mods, please do your jobs and ban these fuckers if they wanna do crude shit like this. This is why I’m more active on tumblr than here because a lot of you people have no brain.
