I’ve scoured reddit and online reviews for anything on MAA Camelback. From the website and (potentially fabricated) reviews, this is a top pick for my girlfriend and I. However we want to know the nitty gritty before we book our tour for this weekend. The reviews go from “5 star best experience” to horror stories. I don’t want to make the same mistake of our current roach infested apartment and not talk to current/past tenants. I also don’t want the copy and paste leasing office answer of “we have pest control and handle issues promptly”

Please, SOMEONE has to have lived here with first hand experience. Please let us know!!
