Journavx vs. typical opiate pain relief postoperatively?

I will be having surgery on my right hip in about a month. For my first hip scope on my left I was prescribed norco and while I really hated the way this made me feel, it did work well for my pain control. I will be prescribed Journavx instead for this upcoming scope due to my surgeon’s changed protocol and I don’t see many people’s experiences with this medication postoperatively on this sub.

For those that have had experiences with both medications: do you feel Journavx worked for you compared to norco? I have a low pain tolerance and I’m worried about being in a lot of pain postoperatively.

NursingCas Issue?

I submitted an application on nursingcas back in March and it was received and verified within two days. I was under the assumption that the transcripts only had to be verified once so any further applications would be verified very quickly.

I submitted another application last Monday and that one is showing “complete” but not verified now seven business days later. Has anyone experienced this? I’m worried something isn’t right and that my application won’t be verified by the schools deadline of this Friday. I’ve also seen some schools only get to the complete stage but not the verified stage. I’d love anyone’s input or similar experiences.
