I try to buy the ticket and get this strange message: The quantity of tickets owned by ******* exceeds limitations. 
To resolve, click "Assign Owners" and assign some of the tickets to other owners.
Sorry, you cannot buy any more tickets to event 2026/27 Sheffield United v Birmingham City 15/08/2026 17:30. 
Sales to this event are limited  to 0 tickets per event per history per item owner.

Seems to be saying they're not allowing tickets to be bought rn?

To clarify, I have not already bought any tickets yet.
