On a trip to Japan recently I noticed a big difference in my period symptoms while using US Always pads vs. a random convenience store brand I had picked up there. When wearing the Always, my cramps were awful and the flow was quite heavy. Switching to the Japanese brand, I noticed my flow was much lighter and cramps were almost nonexistent. I’m not trying to tinfoil hat here and demonize the American pads by default, but I wanted to see if anyone had similar experiences with Asian pads or any other country’s in comparison to American ones. Any insight on what could be causing this would be much appreciated as well!
