Balanced diet but not losing weight
Hi all,
I previously posted on this sub Reddit asking for weight loss advice. I took this advice on board and have almost completely cut out fizzy drinks apart from the occasional one, i still have a sweet treat a few times a week. However, I eat whole meal foods, I eat plenty of vegetables everyday, I don’t eat carbs as much. Yet I am still putting on weight in my stomach and face. Anything for these 2 particular regions would really help as I’m really beginning to struggle. TIA
