I bought my tm2 right at launch back in Sept 2022.
Thought the og stock battery was just dead and replaced it. I just got 3 new Molicel P30B batteries and charged them up on an external charger, and the tm2 still wont turn on. :( absolutely zero action with clicking the button, it just flashes the red led when i plug it in.
Is there anything else i can do before sending it across the world for repair?
My tm2 has been sitting in a drawer for roughly the last year sadly, and im working on reviving it. The 18650 is shot, and i have 3 Molicel P30B’s on the way, theyll arrive in ~3 days. My local smoke shop carries 20A 18650s, is that safe to use for now? If unsafe, i can just keep using the bong for the next few days. But if itll get by then i can spare the $20 to make this tm2 at least in working condition.
For context, I loved my tm2 when i first got it but then it started to be hit or miss. I got the Venty when it launched in 2023, and it was miles better just because it was consistently fantastic. I saw fixes for the tm2 like hard resetting it, and tightening the heater screw. I tried resetting with no success but never got around to tightening the screw. Going to do that tonight.
Venty just got the E04 after 600+ hours, basically every day for years. And i had a Ceramo XL + bong combo ive loved, but the ceramo just started flaking around the bowl and every session with it is combusted by the 2nd light. Really damn sad, and the bong tastes horrible and actually doesnt get me as stoned as vaping does surprisingly.
But I want to get this TM2 back to peak performance, my gf was never able to use it during its prime and her impression of it isnt good.

Is there any way i can grow the beard back fast? Or get the long flowy hair back? Ive tried meditating for 5-10 days and that didnt work hahah. I tried going to the barber in Novigrad and he fucked my shit up. It was actually hilarious. but i was not a fan of that result, and just reloaded. I guess the ponytail is kinda growing on me, but im just wondering.
