Amitryptaline withdrawals
Omg who else has tried coming off this stuff after more than a decade ?
I’m about 3 months into complete withdrawal after tapering for months and months …. And I’m so unwell . The insomnia, nausea, dizziness, headaches and fatigue are crippling . Has anyone been through this and found something / anything that helps ?
