Midges bites got progressively worse after a day is there any drug I can buy here to make them fade faster

Bit by the bugs at lake myvatn

I thought the bugs don’t bite here?? I was riding a horse and they must went under my pants. Didn’t got bitten anywhere else. They aren’t itchy at all but should I be concerned
