Should super break down boxes?

I live in a small (20x apartment) building. Our basement serves as garbage drop off. I’ve noticed new tenants leaving their boxes not broken down for our super to take care of. Is this normal? I understand that expectation in a luxury building, but in a regular apartment building shouldn’t tenants break their own boxes down? Is this the wrong perspective? I always break my boxes down and want to leave a note for other tenants to be thoughtful and considerate to our wonderful super.

Hiring PA for boss’ family

Hi! Helping my boss’ family hire a PA for an UHNW family in NYC. Are there any agencies you particularly like / recommend for this? I have agencies for corporate EAs, but recognize these are different jobs and those firms may not be in best in class in this arena. Appreciate insight from those who have hired or been hired for these positions. I’ve considered Clyde but am very unsure about whether they are all smoke and mirrors with the allure of a big name. Also considering Pocketbook Agency. But open to any/all suggestions.

Taroo - owner tags DHS and likes comment about ICE in post complaining about people selling food outside her shop

Owner of Taroo made a post complaining about the people who sell food to construction workers outside her shop. She’s since deleted it from Instagram, but I have a screenshot from Facebook. I disagree with her complaint, but that alone wouldn’t be worth posting about. Her tagging the Department of Homeland Security and liking a post about calling ICE is. She has a plethora of horrible Google reviews and is clearly not someone worth supporting.
