Nearly every match that I join, my teammate either leaves during the pre game countdown or leave during the match. Am I playing so bad that they leave halfway or is it connection based issues?

I don't if im just bad at this game, if the game is just that buggy or a bit of both but I can't finish this game. Im stuck on A New America following a clear guide on how to do it, everything that doesn't happen in his video happens to me, got to the second floor behind the door with the metal detector entrance (wedged all the doors with other entrances to get to us and having blue team on the hallway entrance near the staircase covering us) and some black sentinel guy somehow sneaks past all of that, not even engaging with blue team and kills me. I give up.

Edit: got close the courtroom and got one tapped to the head with full head protection, this game is getting deleted.
