MP Explains Manchesterism Through Medium of Flossing
I have been trying to work out what Andy Burnham's plan of Manchesterism actually means. I got as far as devolvement but then struggled. I think it's maybe quite similar to Boris Johnson's levelling up and George Osborne's Northern Powerhouse, both of which seemed quite promising. However, when asked, Chris Curtis MP, chose the medium of tooth flossing to explain Manchesterism. Here's the video (flossing at 3 mins)....
