I've been building a tool for prop traders because I got tired of tracking everything across spreadsheets, screenshots, emails, and multiple firm dashboards.

It currently tracks:

• Payouts
• Evaluation fees
• Activation fees
• Reimbursements
• Capital recovery
• Realized profit
• Tax exports
• Account progression (evaluation → funded → blown)

I'm looking for a few traders willing to test it and give honest feedback.

I'm not selling anything. I'm trying to figure out if this actually solves a real problem for traders before taking it further.

What's the biggest surprise you've discovered after tracking your prop firm expenses?

For me, I've seen traders who thought they were doing great because they had multiple payouts, but after adding up evaluations, resets, activations, and monthly fees, the numbers told a very different story.
