Looking Prop Traders to Test a New Tracking Tool
Hey everyone,
I've been building a tool for prop traders because I got tired of tracking everything across spreadsheets, screenshots, emails, and multiple firm dashboards.
It currently tracks:
- Payouts
- Evaluation fees
- Activation fees
- Reimbursements
- Capital recovery
- Realized profit
- Tax exports
- Account progression (evaluation → funded → blown)
I'm looking for a few traders willing to test it and give honest feedback.
I'm not selling anything. I'm trying to figure out if this actually solves a real problem for traders before taking it further.
If you're interested in testing it, let me know and I'll send you access.

What's the biggest surprise you've discovered after tracking your prop firm expenses?
What's the biggest surprise you've discovered after tracking your prop firm expenses?
For me, I've seen traders who thought they were doing great because they had multiple payouts, but after adding up evaluations, resets, activations, and monthly fees, the numbers told a very different story.
Have you ever calculated your true ROI across all prop firms?

Prop Traders: How are you tracking your payouts, fees, and profitability?
How are you currently tracking:

- Monthly fees?
- Payouts?
- Daily trading performance?
- Total profitability across multiple firms?
Are you using:
- Excel / Google Sheets?
- TradeZella?
- Notion?
- Something else?
I'm building a tool around this and I'm curious how traders are handling it today.
What's working well for you, and what's missing from your current setup?
