75cad gift for coworker I appreciate but barely know

I’m usually pretty good at finding gift ideas, but really stumped here… At my work we’re each in charge of organizing the birthday gift of the person whose birthday falls after ours. We have a budget of up to 75$ (Canadian!).

The thing is we’re fully remote and I barely know the person I’m in charge of, although I really appreciate her from the few interactions we’ve had (at team workshops 3 times a year…)

Here are the few things I know about her:

-          Has a condo in Toronto and a place in cottage country

-          Very family oriented, cooks dinner for her adult kids every week (chili in the winter, bbq in the summer)

-          Loves music but many different genres it seems

-          I don’t think she has pets, but she likes birds, gardening and being outside

-          Likes wine but she already got a nice bottle last year

I would usually have gone the “donation” gift option, but we work for a philanthropic foundation, so it seems a bit odd. I'll do an e-card to be signed by the team for sure but struggling to find something to go with it...I really want to avoid gifts cards for multinationals like Amazon or the likes.

Thanks in advance!

I'm looking for ideas to entertain our 15mo during her commute to daycare (we take the bus or subway and she's in a stroller) or when we're eating out (after she's done eating and playing with the spoon and shredding some napkins lol)

For the stroller I've been looking at Indestructible books, given that they're not too expensive it's not too bad if we lose them ?

For restaurants I've been looking at busy books like these ones: https://www.educatingamy.ca/products/rainbow-nano

Super cute but I feel like we would lose the parts pretty quickly?

Thanks for any feedback on these ideas or other recommendations :)
