Inherited a new Dracaena - need help!

Hi all! Inherited this new beauty about a month ago that doesn’t seem to be doing too well - there is a lot of tip burn, and some leafs have what seems to be fungal lesions. The rear stem specifically has a lot of yellow dots on the leaves and they are very droopy. Out of the blue, it also started blooming a few days ago, which I know could be a sign of stress as well! What is a good watering regimen and is there anything that needs to be done to help the plant bounce back?

Ficus Bonsai Suddenly Yellowing and Browning

Hi all - thank you in advance for the help and advice. I inherited this ficus bonsai about a year ago and it was in good shape with green foliage up until a few weeks back. About a month ago it got infected with whiteflies and was treated by an arborist. As of three weeks ago, it first started yellowing, and now some leaves are turning brown and falling off. It does currently get a few hours of direct sunlight and is outdoors in Los Angeles. Some of the newer growth also seems to be yellowing. In terms of water, it gets watered around twice weekly, when the soil gets mostly dry. What would be some next steps to try to diagnose the issue and get the tree back into good health?
