Guidance after break up
Hello everyone,
My relationship of almost 4 years came to an end recently due my partner feeling like there are areas in his life he feels he can only fix on his own. We both deal with a lot of trauma and just our own issues we battle every day in our heads.
I love him enough to respect the space he has asked for, however it’s been super tough. Especially since we lived together and I am now in the process of finding my own place. However, I really believe we are each other’s person. We are both stubborn and may make decisions based on emotions sometimes, which may be the reason for the knight of swords (He did just get up and leave while having a whole home with me). While it does not excuse his behavior on dealing with things this way, I can admit that he was definitely the backbone to our relationship for the longest time. He has taken such great care of me; from dealing with my homelessness to my mental health and childhood trauma - may represent the 10 of wands. So, a part of me understands the space he needs because he has done so much to keep us afloat and because of that, I feel like I need to be understanding of the space he is asking for himself, despite it being extremely hard for the both of us. I believe the lovers card represents that - the love we have for one another and the effort it takes behind a relationship, a union.
I decided to do a love reading yesterday. This is probably the first time I specifically asked for guidance on my relationship. No specific spread, just asked for signs.
Can someone please help interpret what it could possibly mean? It would be helpful to hear other people’s thoughts. Thank you. 💚
