How to safely buy tickets from Discord?

So we know there are ARMY discord servers that are dedicated to reselling/trading tickets.

For those who have gotten tickets this way, how do I ensure I'm not being scammed. Currently I'm only messaging sellers whose posts have been approved, they show the ticket and the price they paid, use PayPal, and willing to video call.

Anything else I should be cautious about.
