Shadow: 14 (would go into OR for an hour before work)

cGPA: 3.92
sGPA: 3.89

Blending In

I think I sped through submitting my application too quick so my worries don’t really matter in the end- but I’m really curious of everyone’s thoughts on their Ps blending in.

I am a first-time applicant, and worked on my PS for about a month and a half prior to the opening of the cycle. Before writing I investigated all of the sample PSs out there- good and bad. From here I wrote and read mine over and over, made multiple drafts, and had multiple friends and PAs look at it and give me feedback. I did not submit it through an editing service (I was scared at this point and wanted to get it over with). Ultimately, I submitted my application within the first week even though none of the schools review apps until August.

I’m not sure if it’s just because I’ve read my own PS over and over for the last 3 months, but what once felt unique to me now feels boring.

Has anyone else had this experience? I think I may be looking for some reassurance over my anxiety for this cycle haha

Good luck everyone- you are amazing to be able make it to this point :)
