Can my job legally deduct a days worth of pay for being late?
I’ve worked with this employer for almost 4 years now, and for the past two years there have been a lot of updates and changes to the company. One of the changes states that if we are tardy three times that we will be deducted a day of unpaid leave. This is a part-time job, and most days are 3 1/2 hours to four hours long. Is that legal?
