warm sermorelin?

So I recently subscribed for monthly delivery of sermorelin. I receive the package pre-diluted without any ice or insulation. It was like 105 degrees outside when package was received on the porch. When I contacted them, they sent a PDF with the following details. When I google warm sermorelin looks like Hone also uses the same supplier, Precision Med. What are your thoughts on "warm sermorelin"

Sermorelin Injection - Handling & Storage Guidance Stability During Transit Your Sermorelin Injection is shipped without ice packs since it maintains its stability at room temperature during transit. The medication remains effective even if the package arrives warm to the touch. According to internal validation studies, Sermorelin Injection remains stable when stored at room temperature during shipping, protected from light and moisture, and kept away from freezing or excessive heat (above 104°F). This guidance is supported by a high-temperature shipping study in which Sermorelin maintained potency, sterility, and acceptable endotoxin levels after 7 days at 104°F (40°C). Once your package arrives, place the vials in the refrigerator as indicated on the product label. Sermorelin should be stored under refrigeration (36°F–46°F / 2°C–8°C) to preserve potency and extend shelf life after delivery.

What This Means for You
● No need to worry if your shipment arrives without ice packs or feels warm. ● Normal shipping conditions, including temperature changes, will not affect the stability of your Sermorelin Injection. ● Once your package arrives, store the medication according to the instructions on the label.

Example Scenario If you live in a warm area and your package arrives on a hot day, you may notice the vials feel warm. This is expected and does not harm the medication. As long as the package arrives within the normal shipping timeframe, your Sermorelin Injection is suitable for use.

Important Note If you have concerns about your medication or specific health-related questions, please contact your healthcare provider or the company that supplied your prescription for further guidance. If you are unsure about using the product, do not use it until you have spoken with your provider.
