Orange blossom help!

Hello! We are very new to citrus growing in SWFL. This is our Valencia orange tree that has had so many blossoms but not a single one has grown past this stage (in picture). It’ll look great one day, then disappear the next. Is something eating them, or are we doing something wrong? We are very confused. Thank you for any information you can give!

Lemon tree after frost

I’m in southwest Florida zone 10b and we had a frost back in February that thought killed my lemon tree! I left it alone until it started growing back and then I trimmed back all the dead wood and this is what it looks like now! Some of the branches have thorns on them and some don’t and I’m curious if it’s growing back as a lemon tree again or if something is off with it? New to gardening, thank you!!
