Hair Thinning & Nails Breaking

Hi, I need some help with this issue. So about, November 2025, a little after my baby's first birthday, I took down my locks because I noticed the front area of my hair was kind of tingly and they were giving me constant headaches. I got them down by the beginning of December, and felt the spot. I went to a hairstylist in March for an assessment to help me regrow my hair. She told me to get tested for alopecia just in case, because at the time the bald spot was bigger. I still haven't because honestly finding a dermatologist where I am is hard, especially ones that deal with 4C hair. Instead, I spoke with my doctor and he looked at my scalp in May of this year. He believes my scalp is healthy and had me get blood work. The only mildly concerning thing was the ANA test which gave me a ratio of 1:80. I asked my doctor and he said that, he doesn't believe my score is a concern because it's considered a low positive but to still see a dermatologist. I'm still trying to find one, but I wanted to know if anyone else has dealt with this so far after giving birth? And if so, what have you all done to help it? The hair has started to grow back in some, but it feels like it's taking forever. Plus I'm fearful of it being from an autoimmune disease even if my ratio was low. The pictures are from a few days ago, like I said it used to be larger to the point where I could see my scalp if I tied my hair back.

Thank you for any advice.
