Help please! Swollen Elliot chameleon eye

I just recently went to the vet er because he was lethargic and not moving around much about 4 days ago— they said it was because it was too cold at night. I’ve raised the temperature now to 72° at night per the vet’s advice, and now his eye is swollen shut. Two days ago both were shut— this is about hour 48+ now and i’m at my wit’s end trying to figure out what to do now. i really don’t wanna lose my little guy!! any advice would be greatly appreciated and i’ll answer any questions— Currently he has a 50w basking light, reptisun t5 ho 14” uvb light, and is fed 2-4 dubia roaches every day (due to being underweight) dusted with calcium, and vit 3d + indoor supplements twice a month.
