Hi everyone! I'd like to hear about similar cases to mine. I've been diagnosed with FAI and a labral tear in my left hip (although according to my radiologist, my MRI showed everything was fine). The thing is, my biggest symptom and limitation is external rotation. In other words, the FABER test is very painful for me. I can't cross my left leg over my right. From what I've read, most people with FAI have problems with internal rotation, not external rotation. Is anyone else in my situation? I'd like to know how things have progressed, if you had surgery, and if it was successful. Thanks!
