Has anyone figured out how to scroll in Samsung DEX without a mouse wheel or trackpad?

When I use keyboard direction keys or page up/down, it doesn't work consistently across apps. For example, I can't scroll in reddit with keyboard keys.

The keyboard keys navigate elements, not the page.

Now that it is so easy to vibe code something, I am wondering if there is some way to allow the KeyMapper app to send a "scroll up/down" signal to the active window in DEX.
