FYI - Fields / Rios team were a slate of candidates for Branch 1100 elections in 2013, Allan Rios ran for EVP.

1st image: As I’ve stated numerous times, tenure doesn’t equal experience.

2nd image: My opponent is now traveling to various stations and branches on the Union dime, something he rarely did as an RAA and did not do as a NBA until election time.

3rd image: I am an active letter carrier with an aggressive passion and dedication in representing letter carriers.

As one candidate for a national position stated, who do you want representing the membership: the individual who is about the business of representing letter carriers on the workroom floor, at the negotiating table, in arbitration, on the frontline fighting OR the individual who travels once in a blue moon and only has done so recently to campaign.

I will fight for you and with you at every step of the way. As your NBA, I will still be on the frontline fighting for the membership. I have flown well over 150,000 miles and lived in a hotel approximately 200 days in the last two years representing the regional membership.

When is the last time either candidate has carried mail? Logged into the MDD scanner? Filed grievances at the Informal and Formal Step A levels? Presented cases in arbitration? I have done each of those things this year. My opponent has not carried mail in over a decade and has not filed grievances this decade.

When is the last time either candidate has negotiated an LMOU? I have in 2025 and greatly expanded Kona's LMOU in benefit of the carriers with zero givebacks to the employer. My opponent has not negotiated an LMOU.

Spending X amount of years in the NBA's office does not mean anything if it only equated to answering phones and filling out spreadsheets.

TL;DR: Receipts showing the events that transpired from the claims that I quit as an advocate (their claims on FATA were disingenuous) and their nonsensical claims that I was not blackballed.

In regards to the claim that I did step down from arbitrations in March, that is 100% accurate but in the email sent out, it did state it would only be for the foreseeable future. The reasoning that I did step down in early March was a mixture of issues due to not having a NBA at the time to where things were not getting back to me in a timely manner and also due to like Allan said, issues w/ a TA concerning LMOU Impasse cases. But the other reason which RAA Jeff Frazee and RAA (at-the-time) Rios were aware of, was due to a death in the family and it was unsure of when the funeral would be due to the circumstances. I did not want to get assigned cases in March or April and then the funeral services date is announced and myself and the membership is in a bind. In fact, as evidenced by the first image - as early as March 25, 2026, I responded with my availability for June.

Now, as it pertains to not being blackballed. Let discuss the actual timeline (HST) with receipts:

2nd image: 07/30, 9:35 AM - Email sent to me from RAA Frazee stating I have been removed from all the dockets that I was assigned to (only assigned to 4 at the time).

3rd image: Yesterday, (07/30) - Call log, attempted to call RAA Frazee after I read his email to which he did not answer.

4th image: Yesterday (07/30) - My attempt to log into Case Management shortly after I attempted to call RAA Frazee, an internal Sharepoint page for Region 1 Advocates. Access was denied due to, "Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'NALC'... The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Account used was my email chrisjmreed@gmail.com

5th image: 07/30, 11:17 AM - Email I sent to Allan and Jeff w/ the Region 1 RAA's and the National Presidential Officers CC'd requesting an explanation as to why I was removed from the four dockets. The portion that states, "implies that I will not be doing arbitrations beyond September." is a typo, it should have said beyond this month.

6th image: 07/31, 8:16 AM - Following everything that transpired after I posted on social media in regards to being blackballed, I receive an email from RAA Frazee that I am being assigned to September 9 docket (which was not one of my previous dockets as the 2nd image would show).

7th image: 07/31 - Miraculously I was able to gain access to Case Management w/ the same exact email I had attempted to use the day prior.

Despite them claiming I still had a case for arbitration,I did not get the case that was referenced in the podcast until this morning, after everything had already transpired...

Receipts are everything...

Candidate for Region 1 NBA

2. Receive an email from one of the RAA's saying that I have been removed from all my September cases;
3. Attempt to log in to the program that advocates in Region 1 utilize to find out that my access has been revoked in its entirety.

This is the way to get blackballed. I would ask people, especially in Reg 1, to listen to the podcast and make an educated decision when voting for NBA. This is the type of cronyism majority has complained about and wants to get rid of.
