Anyone in here work for Fortis or a sub doing work for them. Why the heck don’t they have titles in their e-mails? I don’t know if I’m e-mailing a super, PM, PE. Trying to figure out the correct person to ask the appropriate question to is annoying!

We are planning on visiting the trip with another family next June after the Lilac festival. My wife has always wanted to visit the island. This may be the only time we ever go (hopefully not), but if it is we are staying in the island. There are going to be 3 kids total under 10, and another that’s 17.
Where should we stay? We have it narrowed down to: Lake View, Mission Point, and Island House. I like lake view and island house for convenience to main part of town. We will be there 4 nights total.
Any other for sure things to do? We plan to bike the island one day.
We are a subcontractor and we have decided due to owners health we are going to be wrapping up our projects and closing down. The problem is we have one project that doesn’t start until later this year and goes well into next year. Any advice from PM’s how to approach PM on project to get out of contract? I’ll definitely help the transition to a new sub. It was a public bid job, so I don’t know if that makes things harder.
