How feasible is it to migrate a company overseas to reduce tax?

With the way Australia is heading, we've all got a new co founder taking 47% of our companies if we ever choose to sell. With BAS + GST + income tax rates getting to a point where it's not even worth it, I'm coming to a point where I'm seriously considering trying to move my company to Singapore/Malaysia for a tax break.

For context, I've got a marketing agency doing under 7 figs/year and a split team of employees in AU & Malaysia. Work can be fully remote so we're not tied to a physical location.

Has anyone successfully migrated their company overseas for better tax incentives and is it also possible to get around the ATO monitoring foreign entities operating in AU and charging Australian tax rates?
