Has anyone gotten the Shake for Champagne charged on their folio, even with the Splash of Romance package? Then had a hard time trying to get it reversed?

I've contacted Sailor Services a few times since my voyage and it's been pretty difficult to get them to take off the charge. Just wanted to see if I was the only one , I'm gonna try calling this week instead of using the chat.
