Trial shift at a fancy cocktail bar.
I have a trial shift at a really fancy cocktail bar coming up tomorrow. I'm really nervous as I have very limited bar experience (mainly only working with pints in a retail environment at a sports venue). I've served mixed drinks before but never any real cocktails. Anything I should know about? Prepare for? Expect?
