i’m starting my new bt job next week and i am absolutely scared s*tless. i’ve heard so many horror stories and am scared i wont be able to stick it out or that it will be toi much for me.

i love kids and i’m a relatively patient person and a fast learner. as the oldest, I grew up taking care of kids as well so this isn’t new to me however dealing with autistic kids is and i wanna be sure to be the best bt i can be.

that being said, can you guys tell me some funny/cool stories from your job kind of as encouragement. it feels like everyone is always talking so badly about the job :/
