Hi! I’ve been reading some posts about this but I think many of them are not recent and they mention shipping to the US has become kinda difficult because of the tariff issues, is this still the case?
What’s the best way to ship to the US? Small packages mostly but I’d like to know how much it’d be on average and how long it’d take…

Hi! I’ve been using tretinoin 0.05% for the last four years. It’s been great for my acne and in my country, I don’t need a prescription for it.
I recently moved to Kyoto and I forgot to bring at least a couple tubes as backup and now I ran out. I just had an appointment at this dermatology clinic but turns out they don’t carry tret.
I am aware it’s not going to be covered by insurance but still, does anyone know of any clinic where I can get it prescribed here in Kyoto? Preferably near Kita or Kamigyo-ku but honestly, I’d go anywhere.
(Also, I checked this other clinic but apparently they charge around ¥8000 for it, I have no idea if this is the average price so if it is, I may go there but if there’s somewhere I can get it for a bit cheaper that’d be great!)
