Lacan and Art/Artists
Are there any monographs from a Lacanian perspective that look at art and artistic creation? I'm interested in either, so any recommendations are welcome

I recently read Is It Ever Just Sex? by Darian Leader and really enjoyed it, but I found it kind of surface level and disorganized. I'm wondering if there are any good books as a follow up, preferably something Lacanian? I'm particularly interested in some of the stuff in the beginning of the book—the relation of sex to transgression, guilt/shame, etc.

I'm interested in the history of experimental literature around the turn of the 20th century. Movements like modernism, surrealism, symbolism, decadence, etc. I'm wondering if there's a good monograph that gives a historical overview of avant-garde literature around this time period? I know there are works covering individual movements—e.g. Kenner's Pound Era—but I'm hoping for something less granular and more broad stroke
I've read mostly 20th century literature and am primarily interested in novels. I want to give myself a more rounded background in literature before the 20th century to get a better sense of the different threads of influence that run towards the 20th century. To achieve this, I've attempted to make a short syllabus of texts, something that could reasonably be tackled in a year or two. I understand how fraught the idea of a "Western canon" is and I've only assembled a list of texts that I've seen repeatedly mentioned in my readings, running up to the 19th century, which I intend to make a separate list for. Is there anything major that I'm missing? Anything that I should skip?
