How to delete the outer vector lines/textures outside the boundary when I download the file as svg or pdf?

I couldn't find anything about this issue I am having.. Everytime I download my files as svg or pdf and open them, all the lines inside the canvas extend outside the boundaries. Any way to fix this?

1st picture: it shows how it looks on qgis as template

2nd picture: when I load it on illustrator
When there is also lots of textures as layers they also extend in square shapes outside the boundary as well...
