What made you decide to do it rather than just sticking money in the stock market?

I’m increasingly getting worried about my entire net worth basically tied to the stock market.

Currently have 950k invested

Considering property investment with my next bonus but when I look at the numbers seems like you can only really make 3% or so yield at best post taxes

I’m finding it hard to make a financial case for it apart from just a hedge vs the markets

For those that invested is that how you see it if not what’s the financial case for doing it?
