Is it normal to get ghosted by Red Hat after a final interview? I have reached the final interview, and in the end, was told by the Hiring Manager that I will be receiving my offer letter by the end of next week. Fast forward multiple weeks, and it seems like I've gotten ghosted, but for some reason, my status in the portal is still sitting at "In Progress". Does anyone know if ghosting is normal in Red Hat and if the application portal status could be outdated now? I've also reached out to the recruiter and he's ignored my follow up.
