Am I doing something wrong?
Howdy, I was hoping I could get a bit of assistance with my new baby. I bought her 4 days ago.
I’m very new to having carnivorous plants. This my first ever Ping, her name is “sticky” (the name is a work in progress). I got this baby to hopefully help with the fungus gnats and little flies for the season, but she doesn’t seem to be catching any of these pests.
I read up on them and I think I am doing everything right in terms of care. I keep the soil moist, (not waterlogged) I keep a plastic cup over it to keep it humid. And I read that these plants like bright indirect light so I’ve been doing that too. But with all that being said there doesn’t seem to be any of the droplets/fluid on the leaves in order to catch pest.
What am I doing wrong? I want to take of my baby and give her everything she needs to be happy and healthy.
