Currently practicing the opening fast riff of Amarok**!** 🐺🎸

I’m using Open C tuning with Capo 2 to stay true to the original sound. Lately, I’ve been focusing on listening deeply to high-quality audio to really understand Mike’s nuances. It’s a tough challenge, but I’m doing my best to master it!
I’m planning to start the multi-track recording once I’ve got it down.

Genuinely thankful for 700+ views on my Ommadawn cover!!

Hello fellow fans!
I’m so happy to see my "Ommadawn meets Return to Ommadawn" cover reach over 700 views. As a self-taught amateur musician who relies entirely on ear-copying and can't read sheet music, this is a huge personal milestone for me.
My wife, who recorded the chorus parts, is also very touched by your support. I’m just a fan trying to capture the magic of Mike’s music, and having so many people listen to my work means the world to me.

700+ views! Thank you for supporting our Ommadawn Finale cover. 🙏✨

My wife and I are so happy you enjoyed her chorus parts. As an amateur, this is a huge milestone for me.

Next, I’m taking on a big challenge: covering the opening of Amarok**! I'm currently listening to it on repeat to capture every detail.** 🐺🎸

Anyone else still get goosebumps thinking about the London 2012 opening ceremony? 🇬🇧✨

I have always loved "In Dulci Jubilo," but seeing Mike perform it there was a dream come true. Inspired by that magical moment, I’ve put together this short multi-track cover.

I recently re-edited the stereo mix and balanced the levels on my iPhone to try and capture that 2012 energy. I'm just an amateur, but I’d be so honored if my fellow fans here could give it a listen. What were your favorite moments from that performance?
